About Us:

1 Mission

Sigma Kappa sisters make a bold commitment every day: we live with heart. To us, this means committing ourselves to one another, the causes we believe in, and a shared dedication to seeking intellectual, spiritual, and social enlightenment throughout our lives.

4 Values

Our values of Service, Friendship, Loyaltyand Personal Growth are bound by a promise to Sigma Kappa and to each other. We aim to live by these values each and every day.

5 Philanthropies

In 1918, Sigma Kappa designated the Maine Seacoast Mission as our first national philanthropy to honor our founding state. Sigma Kappa plays a leading role in gerontology with a focus in Alzheimer's disease research. In addition, our national service project, Inherit the Earth, encourages our members to improve their local environment! The Sigma Kappa Foundation funds the leadership, scholarship, and philanthropic initiatives of the sorority.

118 Members

Our sisters are leaders inside the Greek community and out, with members involved in academic fraternities, research programs, and club sports! Sigma Kappas are aspiring teachers, doctors, politicians, engineers, and more!
